BHU LLB Eligibility Criteria 2020

BHU LLB Eligibility criteria include the minimum qualification, age limit, and other guidelines of the exam. Candidates have to fulfill the eligibility requirements of the offered courses to participate in the BHU LLB UET.

BHU LLB 2020 Eligibility Criteria

For BA LLB 5 Year Programme

Qualification:Candidates who have passed their 12th or 12th appearing candidate can apply for the BA LLB 5 Year Degree Program.
Candidates belong to the general category should have 50% marks or above in their +2 exam can apply.
Candidates belonging to the OBC category should have 45% or more in their 12th board.
Candidates belong to SC or ST category having 40% marks or more in their +2 exam can apply.
Maximum age limit: Candidates should not be more than 20 years to be eligible for the BA LLB program offered by BHU.

For LLB 3 Year Programme

Qualification: Aspirants need to have Bachelor’s degree in any subject or equivalent. Integrated 5 year degree and 3-year degree both the programs are accepted.

Candidates belonging to the general category need to have a minimum of 50% in their bachelor’s degree.
Candidates belonging to the OBC category should have 45% or more in their 12th board.
Candidates belong to SC or ST category having 40% marks or more in their +2 exam can apply.
Maximum age limit: Candidates should not be more than 30 years to be eligible for the LLB program offered by BHU.
No. Of Attempts: NO. of attempts is not limited in BHU LLB entrance exam. A candidate can apply for BHU LLB as many times as he/she wants.

There is no upper age limit for both the BA LLB and LLB programs. But candidates would have to meet the other criteria to be eligible to appear in BHU 2020.
Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying exams in 2020 are also eligible to apply for BHU LLB 2020.
OBC Candidates are given 5% of relaxation in the marks of the qualifying exam
SC/ST Candidates are given 10% relaxation in the marks of the qualifying examination.
